-Peer Tutor For Business Finance; BA 301. - In this role I serve students in order to help them understand the intricacies of Business Finance. -Whether it is teaching the math itself, its application, or helping students take them newly learned skill and apply them into the in class business simulation.- As a tutor, I must apply a wide variety of leadership skills and be a good follower while in sessions where the tutee wants to have a more self led session.

- Answering phone calls directed to both residential life and student engagement.- Planning student lead events. - Leading students in completion and facilitation of events.- Collaborating to clean up and close down events.

-Serving as a student liaison between Residents and Residential life within the school community. - As a Residential Advisor (RA), I answered many student questions, managed tasks, and fulfilled residential hall duty requirements. - Communication, flexibility, and planning are skills that played a large role during my time as an RA while I was talking to first year students, planning my time around RA duty shifts, and creating practical solutions to problems during both my time on duty and off duty.

- Working as an Intern at Investments Concepts allowed to interact with clients, begin understanding the Raymond James advisor access interface, and ask senior advisors questions. - During this Internship, I served as a transcriber during client meetings. - Outside of client meetings I served in a Secretarial role answering phones and client questions as well as completing Raymond James training and continuing education.

- Helped create practice plans.- Facilitated the growth of players in both playing ability and achievement mindset. - Encouraged those around me to compete to their best ability. - Worked under a head coach to hone my followership within a hierarchical work environment.
