Held drafting and editing responsibilities for portions of the final Judgement in the trial of Momčilo Perišić, the Chief of General Staff for the Army of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, which addressed charges of genocide, crimes against humanity, and violations of international law and the customs of war.Assisted Judge Moloto in drafting his opinion dissenting to the Trial Chamber’s conviction of General Perišić on 12 counts of war crimes and crimes against humanity. General Perišić’s conviction has since been overturned by the Appeals Chamber.
