Project Engineer Intern
The Warren Apartments: A new construction 6-story multifamily building in downtown Spokane, WA. I got the opportunity to process submittals and RFIs. Communicated and collaborated with subcontractors on daily work and procurement. Was a part of the quality control and quality assurance process throughout the summer and assisted in creating work to complete lists and pre-punch lists. Attended and even lead some OAC meetings and various other weekly meetings. Developed relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.Tri-State Memorial Hospital Inpatient Wing Expansion: 2 story, 52,000 SF ground up addition in Clarkston, WA. Completed quality control tasks and inspections for above ceiling MEPF and finishes. Assisted with close out submittals and owner stock management. Created and managed punch list items.
