Born out of a basement idea between two friends, Clam Digger aimed to revolutionize the way Canadians think about the Caesar cocktail, by curating excellent drinks. Now, Clam Digger Caesar Bar is in its second successful operational season. In 2023, Clam Digger operated as a pop-up bar, renting establishments in Halifax and operating as a standalone Caesar bar, offering a menu of 15 highly specialized Caesars. Since the summer of 2023, Clam Digger has started it's second chapter - a mobile Caesar bar. In the spring of 2024, we renovated a 1958 Airstream Bambi into a fully functional, high volume Caesar bar. With this, our goal is to travel around Ontario bringing the best version of Canada's national cocktail into the hands of Canadians. Ontario-wide field Unit conservation project, unifying 3 southern Ontario National Parks to protect Species at Risk (SAR). Specifically responsible for data collection and informing decision making on wildlife road mortality in Southern Georgian Bay.- Expanded conservation efforts for Species at Risk (SAR) species at Georgian Bay Islands National Park, and southern Georgian Bay.- Employed statistical analysis through RStudio and data visualization techniques using ArcGIS to derive actionable insights to inform decision making.- Collected and compiled data through road mortality surveys. Presented findings and recommendations to government authorities, influencing the adoption of best practices for reducing road mortalities.- Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams and government stakeholders to formulate effective conservation practices for SAR in southern Georgian Bay.- Facilitated the engagement of Indigenous groups surrounding Georgian Bay, and using a “Two Eyed seeing approach”, created indigenous led conservation efforts for Blanding’s Turtles.-Completed a range of environmental monitoring programs as mandated by the Canadian government including (but not limited to): water quality, soil health, population monitoring, invasive species monitoring and native species monitoring.

Management and Maintenance of all 13 north island sites at Georgian Bay Islands National Park. Interacted and greeted a variety of visitors while enforcing general compliance throughout the park. Self-driven work with little managerial supervision, strengthened my ability to complete tasks independently. Collected revenue for the park, and was responsible for managing thousands of dollars in permits.
