Currently the Associate Editor for the Local News and Features sections of the Colby student newspaper, I have previously served as Staff Writer, Assistant Opinions Editor, Co-Features Editor, and Opinions Editor. In addition to consistently writing articles, I help come up with article ideas, recruit writers, and help with the paper layout on Adobe InDesign.

Council of the Americas is the premier Western Hemisphere business council, with members from across all industries. As a policy intern in D.C., responsibilities included helping planning public and private events, conducting background research on healthcare and trade, and contributing to a joint project with the Inter-American Development Bank on natural gas in Latin America.

Monarch Global Strategies is a strategic business consulting firm specializing in U.S.-Mexico relations, both commercial and bilateral. I interned full time at their Washington, D.C. office in January 2018, and continued with part-time virtual work through the Spring semester. I conducted a wide scope of research, writing briefs and reports both for clients and firm leadership on a wide range of topics, including energy, health, and trade.

I helped with updating the website for the Global Studies department, which included revising organization to appeal better to students, interviewing alumni, and writing news and event announcements.

I assisted Professor Patrice Franko with a new edition of her textbook on economic development in Latin America, revising text and entering data.
