Assessed customer experience for running shoes returns process. Evaluated six running shoe companies and three retailers that were deemed competitors of Brooks Running. Developed key findings and recommendations across the returns process customer journey including ordering, packaging, refunds, and overall brand communications. Presented findings and reccomendations to VP of Omnichannel Experience at Brooks Running.

First evaluated and analyzed GEM Shopping Network and their current business state. Met with consultant of GEM Shopping Network to discuss the business and ideas to help them expand. Met with CMO at GEM Shopping Network to propose plan for the future and assist them with said plan.
