I am looking to expand my clinical research work and experience through data entry and management. I have worked in Dr. Sakima Smith's lab at the Wexner Medical Center studying cardiovascular disturbances through bio-molecular and clinical lenses for 2.5 years. I was initially a research volunteer in the same lab 3 years before I started to work, where I was given a great opportunity to continue my experimental work and contributions into my first position after graduating. In that time, I quickly excelled to the position of lab manager, where I took on the responsibilities needed to have a research lab and team run efficiently and effectively. It was an incredible experience that allowed me to build deep understanding of the cardiovascular system, and allowed me to learn aspects of the research field that someone with a bachelor's degree would likely not have the opportunity to do.
