I graduated in May 2020 from George Washington University, where I double majored in Geography and International Affairs with a concentration in Security Policy.While studying at GW I grew to love environmental policy and demographics, especially when it comes to how these areas of study relate to the domestic policies of the United States. I had the opportunity to study abroad twice. I studied in Madrid, Spain, and Brisbane, Australia, where I focused my studies on environmental and demographic issues. During my time at GW and abroad, I grew to appreciate the vast variety of worldviews and cultures, and enjoyed learning from experts in their respective areas of study. My passions pushed me to explore internships in these areas, and in my time at GW I interned for the National Council of Resistance of Iran, The Peace Corps, and the United States House of Representatives.
