I am motivated every day by the goals I set for myself and my future. During my time in college, my number one priority is my education in order to set myself up to succeed, looking for internships and a future career. I excel at leadership, communication with others, and technology. I am qualified to lead through my many positions in clubs through high school and 3 years of varsity track and captain. My specific leadership strengths include being patient with fellow employees and others. Despite keeping a strong work ethic my values of being balanced (working towards goal but keeping an open mind), autonomy (leader is not controlling) and working toward development(progress) is the most important factor stay the same.Mission Statement- My mission is to transfer into FSU pre-med and graduate while maintaining a 4.0. Vision Statement- In my future I see myself Running my own physical therapy practice to which I better my community by proving proficient and quality care.Leadership Philosophy-I believe that leadership is a relationship between the leader and group working toward a common goal based on their individual needs and is all about progress.
