Troubleshoot truck fault codes in a timely manner and repair them correctly the first time. Verify that the truck was fixed and the issues that it came in with were no longer an issue. Advise truck driver and companies of the issues with their equipment. Create repair orders, delegate jobs in a timely manner. Create estimate tickets and work with the customer to understand just what is going on with their truck and why it needs the parts it does. Do billing and creating PO's. Help parts or technicians in the shop as needed. Attend any updates classes or management classes as needed.
