My name is Ethan Stanbrook, I’m a level 1 Automotive Service technician in training. My goal is to work in a performance shop building lots of different cars for people, I am very interested in engine work. I also get my red seal. I have a strong passion for working on cars, I work on my own car almost every day. I also help my friends pretty much whenever they need it. I have pulled a few engines and rebuilt my personal one. I bought a manual transmission off marketplace it didn’t go into any other gear after 2nd, so I tore it apart realigned the shift rods. I prefer to work with my hands it makes for a much more enjoyable day.Currently working at Lordco auto parts helping customers at the counter or over phone, I try to always leave the customer feeling accomplished or happy about their purchase. I have Past experience working at Canadian tire doing stock and helping customers find what they are looking for. I have a decent amount of experience and knowledge with cars from my many automotive courses at Terry Fox secondary and from my own vehicle and I have a huge willingness to learn about anything automotive related. If I make a mistake, I am always honest about it and try to fix it or ask for help if I’ve tried everything, I’m capable of. Through all of my time working with customers I have become very good at problem solving.Well in school I held down two jobs at Canadian tire and Lordco. I always come to work prepared and ready to go at least 10 minutes early. I currently work almost every day after school and one day on the weekend, I am usually never late, and if going to be late I tend to try and give an hour notice if possible.
