I am a passionate and motivated sports professional, currently working as the Head of Strength and Conditioning for the West Tigers Jersey Flegg side, where I help our athletes achieve their full potential. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sports Exercise Science at the University of Sydney, where I learn the scientific principles of human movement and performance.In my recent internship at Manly Warringah Sea Eagles, I gained valuable experience in working alongside the first grade, NSW cup, and emerging talent athletes, involving sports science in communication with players and coaching staff. I applied my data analysis skills to conduct comprehensive athlete assessments, design and implement individualised training programs, monitor progress, and make data-driven adjustments to optimise results. I enjoy collaborating with and learning from other sports professionals, and I am always eager to expand my knowledge and skills. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
