Developed and proficient in supervising and managing associates in duties that required me to direct and lead. I started my journey in e-commerce and logistics with Amazon as an entry level associate. In a short period of time, I evolved into more critical and supervisory roles, I took the opportunity to learn and advance my knowledge on how such a sophisticated site works from a logistical and operational standpoint. The skill sets taught at Amazon and the ones I have learned while working towards my business degree, have aided in my ability to comprehend logistics and successfully execute in my current role as an Area Manager and what I believes allows me to excel in what I do.
