As an Intern on McGinley Ranch, I helped the ranch crew manage and steward a herd of 4,000 bison on 80,000 acres. This allowed me to gain knowledge and skills in many aspects of the regenerative bison ranching field such as: herd health monitoring, forage/rangeland monitoring, grasses/forbes/insect identification, low stress handling/moving techniques, analyzing regenerative grazing techniques (adaptive + high intensity rotational), maintenance of renewable infrastructures (electric fences + solar/wind wells), Rumen fluid sampling + analysis, updating well infrastructure to McGinley’s GIS Field Maps App, and humane harvesting of bison.

Utilized my lifetime snowboarding experience to provide customers with my knowledge and advice on snowboarding equipment in order to help them find the correct product for them, wether we had the right product in store or not.

Worked in the golf department and delivered exceptional service to club members. Responsibilities included upkeep and organization of the driving range, golf carts, and members equipment, as well as food and drink service to members out on the course.
