A self-driven, and goal-oriented professional with a passion for business efficiency. The opportunity to give over 20 years of active duty military service in both operational and staff capacities has provided a wealth of knowledge regarding best practices and process improvements while maintaining a well rounded understanding of organizational cohesion.My current position is Information Management Officer. In this capacity, it is my responsibility to implement and maintain the digital infrastructure for organization of approximately over 8000 personnel. Given the move to incorporate modern digital communication modalities into the DoD, my role is the management of IT projects for the creation and testing of methods that can translate older business processes into the modern age. This position provides an opportunity to lead small teams of subject matter experts and collaborate with leaders from many different management perspectives as we work together to design and build robust and agile business solutions with the Microsoft 365 suite. My experience with building and maintaining digital systems from multiple organizations gives me a unique foundation from which to push the creative envelope and create business value. I love analyzing and collaborating to find business solutions, and I find immense satisfaction from a high user adoption rate and customer satisfaction!As I move toward retirement on March 31, 2025, I’m actively on the lookout for opportunities to manage IT projects!
