As a junior at the University of Miami, I am pursuing a dual degree in Neuroscience and Computer Science with minors in Mathematics and Chemistry. My strongest interests lie in integrating creative, innovative computational techniques with biological approaches to gain therapeutic insights into neurodegenerative diseases and their genetic underpinnings. Being fascinated with daring research and determined to one day provide care to those who live with currently irremediable conditions, I am devoted to pursuing an MD-PhD and, frankly, a life filled with cool projects and people.
