Projects:Jewish Community Center - 2020-2022The building includes 108,000 SF over two stories and includes an Early Learning Center / daycare, administration offices, auditorium, café, indoor recreation and lap pools, fitness center, and two indoor basketball courts with overhead walking track. The structure is a mix of structural precast and steel and has brick, architectural precast, and metal and phenolic wall panel facades. Exterior improvements include new parking lots and sidewalks, underground utilities, detention basin, and outdoor playground.Upton Oxmoor Apartments - 2020301-unit complex consists of (9) wood-framed buildings containing the apartment dwellings and a 530-car post-tensioned cast-in-place parking garage, at a total construction cost of $46,000,000. In addition to the 301 residential units, the main building of the complex has approximately 10,000 square feet of common area containing a gym, yoga studio, and lounge as well as an outdoor swimming pool. The apartments are operated by NTS Development Company.

• Worked as a PE on a $5M HVAC renovation project (start-to-finish): dealt with pre-construction scheduling (MS project) all the way through project punch-list & closeout: submittals, RFI’s, meeting agendas, cost reports, change orders, safety paperwork, inspections, progress photos, manpower, sub-contractor management/scheduling, etc.• Worked as an estimator for 3 months focusing on pre-construction, demo take-off using On-Screen Takeoff software, and bid process communication; • Heavy experience with Procore, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, and Viewpoint
