• Proposed and implemented the 'Spring Cleaning Project' to address critical discrepancies in brand and product sections on AU, NZ Nestle Professional (NP) websites during global migration, involving coordination with AU, NZ brand teams, managing content updates through content management system (CMS). Successfully resolved approximately 500 discrepancies. • Improved SEO BPI scores for both AU, NZ’s NP websites as per the digital campaign manager's directive and Indago's meta recommendations based on weekly SEO BPI reports; achieved SEO KPIs by elevating AU’s site score from 69 to 83 and NZ’s from 55 to 78 over a 10-week internship period.• Conducted a comprehensive competitor analysis for NP’s key products including gravy, sauces, mashed potato, and coconut powder, focusing on ingredients, pricing, packaging, functional values, and competitors’ digital presence, leading to the development of insights on NP’s competitive advantages and underperformed functions; delivered the analysis with a presentation to the head of food, food brand managers, and digital marketing managers; received positive feedback.

Check-ins usually happen from 10 am to 6 pm daily. • With the upper management and effort of the front office team, Holiday Inn Old Sydney became the top 3 of all IHG hotels in the great Sydney region in terms of annual guest satisfaction in 2019. • Patiently listened to guests’ requests and complaints when guests are unsatisfied or angry. Addressed requests and issues by effective communication and appropriate solutions based on guests’ preferences and the hotel’s interests. Reported issues to the management and did follow-up with guests after every complaint. • Received multiple thanks letters from colleagues and a recommendation letter from the front office manager.
