Immediately after starting at Singer, I worked on a team of three to configure and implement a highly customized Salesforce CRM, and I maintain, improve, and administer this software on a daily and weekly basis. Additionally, I develop key aspects of the sales funnel including lead management, planning, and pricing, and I aggregate and visualize data for commercial operations reporting. I also work on a variety of interdepartmental projects involving client experience, finance, supply chain operations, fleet management, and commercial strategy.

As Co-Chair of the Stamps Scholars National Convention 2021, I oversaw the high-level planning and development of the convention with a special focus on the areas of Communications and Threads (topics of discussion and community involvement at conventions). I regularly worked with two other Co-Chairs to coordinate planning with convention administrators and stakeholders, facilitate executive committee meetings with convention Vice-Chairs, and act as a general resource to all those involved in the planning process. This role was particularly valuable to me because it allowed me to pour time and effort into giving back to a scholarship program that had a transformative impact on my life and education.

As senior Team Leader for the Stamps Presidents Scholars GT1000 Freshman Seminar Course, I served as a liaison between our section's TLs and our Instructor(s), facilitated classroom activities and discussions, and led independent small-group discussions with a group of five students. This role gave me a valuable opportunity to pass lessons from my successes and failures at Georgia Tech on to a new group of scholars with the hope that they could navigate their first year of college more successfully.

As an intern for the marketing team within the Georgia Manufacturing Extension Partnership (GaMEP), a division of the Georgia Tech Enterprise Innovation Institute (EI2), I wrote and published blog posts and other content for the GaMEP and developed graphics and social post content for small- to mid-size manufacturing companies in Georgia. These ranged from chromatography equipment specialists to cideries and metal stamping firms. Additionally, I cleaned, processed and visualized social media data using Google Data Studio and Tableau to further lead generation initiatives for various clients.

While working for Mercedes-Benz USA, I conducted more than 30 hours of customer interviews and practiced using other discovery strategies to find authentic demand. I pitched business cases aligned with MBUSA’s long-term CASE (Connected, Autonomous, Shared, and Electric) mobility strategy, resulting in additional funding for two different product prototypes. I learned strategies to conduct business validation for products and services on behalf of internal and external clients, and I practiced iterative development and worked to introduce and implement AGILE methodology at MBUSA. Independently from my Innovation Hub team, I worked with an intern team to create a business plan for a centralized, online customer-to-dealer platform. At the end of the internship, I helped to develop training materials and process guides for the onboarding of future Innovation Hub interns.

I oversaw the management, development, distribution, and maintenance of all print and electronic convention collateral including, but not limited to, emails, schedules, and the event app. I coordinated webpage and social media maintenance and ensured that new and consistent information (article links, stories, and events) were posted regularly on all platforms. I communicated regularly with the Stamps Family Charitable Foundation Communications Director and acted as a liaison between Georgia Tech and the Foundation in that regard. Additionally, I supervised a subcommittee that coordinated press releases and mass communication in the final months leading up to Convention.

I worked in the Office of Special Scholarships to perform general office tasks like answering phone and email inquiries about the OSS, managing data on past and current scholars, executing tasks assigned by office staff, and organizing resources to be available to the Georgia Tech scholar community. I also helped to coordinate events and programming for incoming scholars.
