My name is Ethan, 
I’m 22 and have been in the industry for three years now. I really enjoy the work that I do and the ability to constantly learn something new. I got into this industry as when I was growing up I had suffered really bad with acne and pigmentation, so I went on a journey to find out how the skin works and how topicals and different treatments affect the skin. So I would say my area of expertise is definitely skin based however, I am Itec qualified to do laser and I am CIDESCO Qualified and have my ITEC Certification in IPL laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation. l also have certification in chemical peels and micro needling and also have my diploma in Anatomy and Physiology as well as Electrolysis and have been trained with Dermalogica, Image and BT-Titan. I am currently working for Thérapie clinic for a year and 6 months now I am currently a clinic coordinator and a skin and laser specialist and act as a second opinion for medications and dealing with contraindications of treatments as well as I sort out the doctors days in clinic such as making sure they have the correct Stock, Needles and educating and cross selling clients from different departments such as ; Body, laser and skin. I’m in charge of closing and opening the clinic as well as planning the Therapists days and ensuring their machines and laser attachments are all in working order. I am also in charge of dealing with reviews and discussing results and course of treatments and re educating and managing expectations of clients. 

In the work place I am a team player but also work well independently. I communicate and work well with a team and I am also time efficient.
