Over the past six months worked in ProductOperations within pre-sales assisting with the structuring of contract opportunities.Responsibilities include deal-vetting working with sales representatives to forecastpricing, and supportable budget ranges based on client requirements. Provided assistanceand support to ongoing client campaigns including updates to client demographic, budget,and contract amendments.

Worked alongside the director of marketing in creating and developing social media collateral. Responsible for developing graphics and content for the organization’s Instagram, Twitter and Facebook accounts.

Member of a student consulting team tasked with social media audit of Lasell University’s Twitter account, a term assignment for the Social Media Marketing course. The team documented and delivered a full analysis report of Lasell University’s Twitter content, metrics, and engagement practices to the Lasell University’s Head of Social Media Marketing. Report recommendations included optimizing posting times, use of Twitter platform tools i.e. polls, increased content visibility and tie-ins to campus events.

Shadowed organization founder on business development meetings, and responsible for documenting key points, and follow-up. Managed social media accounts for the organization to drive program interest and student enrollment which resulted in full class enrollment for the 2017 Summer term. Created marketing and program collateral. Served as camp services coordinator and assisted in organizing speaker lectures, along with providing assistance to students on program capstone project.

Provided food truck location sales and marketing including customer service, menu explanation, order taking, and cashier responsibilities; Food truck operations including line cook responsibilities on grilling and garnish stations; and food truck set-up and breakdown.
