Treasure Hacks is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that gives students in computer science the opportunity to create software that will help their community through mentorship, funding, and connections.• Attracted support from a total of 32 unique sponsors, such as HyperX & Wolfram, who offered $496,969 in prizes and monetary support across 4 events to keep competition free for all participants.• Strategized and outreached to schools, coding groups/orgs, profs, etc. to achieve a total of 1,860 participant sign-ups.• Reached out to, managed, and organized a total of 54 workshops, 93 helpers from multiple countries, and 1,860 participants from 50+ different countries over 4 events.• Managed community of 1,400+ members and ran mini-events, held weekly programming challenges, and introduced them to opportunities to create an active and supportive environment.
