Job Descriptions- Handles full sets of accounts including monthly bank reconciliation and journal entries- Generate weekly financial statements and facilitated in account closing and procedures monthly- Prepare and ensure timely submission of GST and corporate tax reporting- Assist in preparation of audit schedule and ensure proper bookkeeping process is implemented- In charge of company's monthly payroll, which includes calculation of sales commission for various sales persons- Reporting of CPF and employment income records to relevant government board- Manage expenses claims, petty cash disbursementsAccount Receivable- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines- Monitor and maintain customer accounts details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities and liaise closely with customers on payment related issues- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of AR and related reports for month end closing and reportingAccounts Payable- Preparation of payments, AP aging and accruals- Responsible for processing of payment transactions and follow up with suppliers on outstanding invoices- Update daily cashbook schedule for directors to review- Monitor and manage business cash flowAny other accounting and office operation duties when assigned
