I used process improvement techniques to standardized and organize maintenance department. I was able to work on the production line to understand processes and add improvements. In addition, I made sure that the quality and testing workstation met OSHA regulations. Met with superiors on facility projects weekly to set goals on projects.

My responsibilities as the lead supervisor were to manage 23 student employees, ran training programs, and orientations. In addition, I also planned and directed monthly supervisor meeting with 7 building supervisors. I built an audit program for check-in/out equipment to enable cost analysis for future purchases. Spoke with other department student staff on safety training and emergency procedures. This allowed me to develop my team building skills to increase staff moral and overall effectiveness.
