• Analyze and code rent roll and T-12 documents to underwrite 8 multifamily properties in the Austin/San Antonio area; Source rent comparables and other notable market data to enhance the valuation models presented to multifamily managing directors• Research key trends, employment drivers, individual asset class performances, and case studies in Austin’s main submarkets, and share my Central Business District investment analysis and recommendations with the Investment Committee• Source and analyze data on the latest developments in East and CBD submarkets, and build model in conjunction with graphics team that displays findings in an interactive development pipeline map• Create client-facing prepayment penalty (defeasance, make-whole premium, yield maintenance, spread maintenance) presentation with data collected from producer interviews, lender term sheets, and personal research
