I represent professional sports teams, and sponsors and investors in the sports industry, in connection with day-to-day operations, equity financings and sales, sponsorship deals, licensing deals, stadium deals and other commercial matters. I have a deep knowledge of the sports industry that offers a distinctive perspective and a way to relate to clients. Before working in sports law at a big firm, I worked in other sports industry sectors, including positions in production at a major sports network, and in legal and business affairs at a sports marketing and talent management company. I am a people person and love learning about my clients' businesses and how I can help them reach their goals. I work to achieve the best outcome for clients by thinking of creative win-win strategies to bridge gaps between parties in negotiation.In my wider practice, I counsel companies and investors on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, co-investments and joint ventures, with a focus on sports, entertainment and media.An alumnus of UCLA School of Law, I was president of the Entertainment Law Association and a two-time winner of interscholastic transactional law competitions. I received my undergraduate degree in news-editorial journalism in 2013 from the University of Illinois.
