Defense and Space Division- Led student team to develop discrete event simulation for Lockheed Martin; models logistics flow to support operations- Developed framework to facilitate modeling of contested and obstructed systems of systems operations; demonstrated using WWII historical example

- Led project to develop framework for analyzing military campaigns with an emphasis on electronic warfare - MANTA (Multidisciplinary Analysis for Next-gen Tanker Aircraft, USAF): conceptual design of a blended-wing body (BWB) tanker aircraft to be compared with conventional tube and wing- TELOS (Trade Environment for Logistical Operations and Sustainment, AFRL): developed a Python-based parametric tool to quickly simulate and compare contested logistics strategies on a user-defined, geographic scenario

- Created Python physics-based model for Martian rotorcraft; pioneered methodology to estimate behavior of dust using CFD methods and evaluate risk for "brownout," where adverse effects may occur (especially dust accumulation on solar panels)

-Led ~70 HS students in two week sessions; backpacked for a week with each group and fostered integrity and resilience-Mentored 18 teens; discussed faith and life goals, promoted excellence and integrity

-Helped lead 100+ gifted students in enrichment courses; answered questions and worked to instill interest in STEM and other subjects- Supervised 200+ students overnight; led activities and resolved issues to help enable courses to occur over multiple day periods

- Performed and compiled research for staffers to use in cases or to provide specific information to constituents- Wrote several letters on behalf of the congressman to be submitted for public entities’ grant applications or to address other organizations
