As a product manager within our 340B team, I closely work alongside engineering, design, QA, and client teams to oversee the development and implementations of our client-side data matching products and internal product analytics web applications. While working this product team, I've overseen the development of three iterations of our external data matching product, expanded the use of our product to 16 active clients, and launched our internal product analytics web application.

Working within the Division of Palliative Medicine, I maintained a portfolio of work consisting of qualitative and quantitative data analysis to perform independent research investigating the pain and symptom management experiences of multiple stakeholder groups. In addition, I recruited, enrolled, and managed the lifecycle of participants in multiple clinical trials.

As the first CSM of a newly formed customer success team, I was the main point of contact for all high value advertising customers and provided bidirectional communication and support for internal and external stakeholders. I brainstormed, developed, and regularly iterated external talk tracks, email correspondences, and additional communication tools as we well as supported the development of internal CRM and biz dev protocols to improve sales and client onboarding.

As a CSM at an early stage startup, my goals were to grow recurring revenue, reduce churn, and maintain strong, positive relationships with all of our accounts through various forums and touch points. As a member of an externally facing team, I was also able to serve as the voice of our end users when discussing future products and features with internal teams.

At Ankura I was the member of two teams, our technology enabled services product development team and our project operations team for a multi-billion dollar mass tort settlement. With our Product Management team, I explored new industry opportunities; refined our value proposition; and worked cross-functionally with business analysts, software engineers, designers, and QA to assist with product ideation and develop new product offerings. With our client operations team, I managed external client relationships, including partners of law firms, and oversaw internal operations that included supervising and developing workflows for client engagements, maintaining daily communication with updates for external clients, and performing onboarding and system demonstrations for new clients.

Enhanced patient and partner experiences by handling all clinical and administrative inquiries from patients, interdisciplinary medical providers, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders.
