Furthermore I served as an on-site inspector for various civil, structural, architectural, and mechanical projects and day-to-day phases of construction.Additional Responsibilities:- Inspected multi-million dollar construction projects. Examined building materials, work methods and workmanship to ensure each part of the structure meets high quality standards.- Inspected electrical, mechanical, civil and architectural materials and equipment delivered to the construction site.- Monitored construction activities to ensure work is performed in full compliance with construction documents. - Received and analyzed monthly schedule updates and pay applications and makes recommendations to the CO for progress payments. - Participates in design review conferences and assists in the reviews of Scopes of Work (SOW), plans and specifications prior to implementation of changes to assess construction feasibility and practical accomplishment.- Reports on worksite conditions, safety requirements, work in progress concerning performance, safety, progress, equipment use, accidents, visitors, weather conditions and unusual happenings.- Identifies work not in compliance, maintains a list of deficiencies, develops draft notices to comply for the COR to issue, and tracks deficiencies for timely correction. I also served as the Vehicle Control Officer (VCO) for the 673 CES/CEP Flight, maintaining twenty-five (25) vehicles and managing their routine maintence, recalls, and active status for our GOV Fleet.
Execution Support Lead @ 673Rd Ces
As an Execution Support Team Lead in Geobase, I was in charge of delegating job taskers and directly managing a team of 12 subordinates. Roles included geospatial capture, cartography, AutoCAD, ArcGis Pro, and was directly managing our vault archive containing more than 10,000 as-builts on JB-Elmendorf Richardson over the last 60 years. I also served as the Vehicle Control Officer (VCO) for the 673 CES/CEN Flight, maintaining four vehicles and managing their routine maintence, recalls, and status for our GOV Fleet.
Geobase Technician @ 611Th Ces
As an Geobase Technician with the 611th Civil Engineering Squadron, my role was to capture, manipulate and demonstrate geospatial features effectively. The 611th CES is a small highly specialized unit whose objective is to maintain readiness of 42 air bases across the Indo-Pacific. This position required travelling to highly remote islands thousands of miles away from main station to conduct operations strengthening those locations. As an junior enlisted airmen I was chosen for this opportunity and position due to my high speed work ethic and proficiency of skills above my peers.
