-Races consisted of a 5 minute time period in which the racers went around the track to try and achieve the best lap time-Marshals used flags colored blue, yellow, white, red, and checkered to give directions to the racers-Teamwork was stressed on busy days, as there are many moving parts to the operation and it needed to run smoothly and efficiently -Track Marshals assist the Crew Chief in getting people situated in their carts and moving chargers between lanes of carts.
