With more than 25 years of experience in the sport industry, I am dedicated to building a world-class culture with individuals who feel valued, inspired, and empowered to bring their best selves to work each day. As CEO for the Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx organizations, I have focused on building a reputation as a leader in the community. The team’s social initiatives recently earned the organization the prestigious 2023-24 NBA Inclusion Leadership Award.Additionally, I have been able to lead the Timberwolves organization to achieve record growth in key NBA business metrics. Because of these results, the team was honored as a finalist for the 2024 Sports Team of the Year by the Sports Business Journal, a testament to the commitment to excellence, innovation, and creativity that is prevalent across the organization. In 2016, I spearheaded a full-scale brand overhaul and led a successful $150 million renovation of Target Center, the first major facelift in 27 years. The project also secured the organization national attention by being nominated for the Sports Business Journal’s 2018 Facility of the Year.Prior to this experience, I spent six seasons with the San Francisco 49ers. During my tenure, I secured a 20-year, $220 million naming rights partnership with Levi Strauss & Co. and accomplished record-breaking growth in several areas of the business. Previously, I worked at the Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Sales & Services and with ESPN in sponsorship development.
