A Product design studio located in San Francisco founded on the old world idea of turning the designer into the craftsmanship, forging a relationship between ideation and materialization. After successfully funding the first Kickstarter project, we have built our abilities to prototype design, source supply chain, manage OEM/ODM partners, perform product testing/validation, and manufacture our own product.In our design studio, we have a full prototype shop basically everything needed to build concept models. We envision ourselves beyond a design studio by expanding our capabilities, in addition to design, in manufacturing and marketing. Independent FPGA programmer, who designed a LED controller system for LED billboard which features algorism for image enhancement, functions for color calibrations, I/Os and display interfaces.- Designed FPGA processors that controlled I/O interface IC(USB2.0, I2C, RS232), display interface (HDMI) and accessed peripheral memory (SRAM, SPI_Flash).- Programmed FPGA, (Xilinx) to perform digital image processes (Gamma correction, white color temperature correction, Virtual Pixel) and image decoding from HDMI, DVI ports and reconstruct images to serial data formats for LED driver IC.- Built an automatic LED optical calibration system to calibrate pixel-to-pixel white color coordinates and grayscale color shifts, based on CIE 1976, CIE 1931, sensed from Topcom BM7.- Applied digital methodologies to realize virtual pixel on LED array comprised by RBGW sub-pixels.
