About Ethan Chumley
I'm the founder & CEO of Armstrong Steel. The original inspiration for Armstrong Steel came from my time spent as a sales rep with a steel building broker who advertised on talk radio. If I hadn't been exposed to the wrong way to treat people & do business through that experience, I wouldn't be as passionate as I am today about doing it the right way.Twenty years later, I'm proud to say Armstrong provides the customer service, product excellence, and delivery rates I wish they'd provided their clients back then. We consider each element that defines a building system and we challenge ourselves to find the best way possible to design & engineer each one of them - in house. We aren't brokers farming out detailing & engineering to a manufacturer trying to ship the lightest building they can get away with. Cutting corners to be the cheapest is misguided. When you assemble our system the result is impressive. Each component is engineered for performance. Our building & its high precision components are manufactured in the United States. By leveraging the innovative power of industry leading companies in Texas, Utah & several other states across America we're able to deliver building systems that are impeccably constructed & beautiful in every detail. In other words, exactly as our designers, detailers, and engineers in Colorado intended. Not only have we managed the needs of organizations like NASA & Microsoft but we've also appeared in the prestigious Inc 500. Simply to make it onto the Inc 500 this year, a company had to grow more than 918% from the start of 2010. The average company on the list grew a mind-boggling 2900%. As an Inc 500 honoree, Armstrong now shares a pedigree with Intuit, UnderArmour, Microsoft, Timberland, Pandora, Oracle, and dozens of other notables. This is an exciting time for us as we evolve into a truly global organization that understands our diverse consumers construction aspirations, no matter who they are or where they live.
