Responsibilities include:-Exercising a deep expertise in emerging payment solutions such as ISO 20022, SWIFT Transaction Manager, and various digital payment instruments-Developing a broad knowledge of the systems, processes, and procedures used to manage core payment services in GPS-Tracking and understanding market trends, including industry, competitive, and technology trends related to digital commerce. Within the Global Payments Services team, I was able to join in on several projects and initiatives, including the following:-Collaborated on strategy for Dodd-Frank Section 1073 A compliance and created a workbook that could be automatically updated as we reviewed the coverage of our solution-Created interactive 3D heatmaps to be used by our Client Consulting teams when discussing market insights with our clients-Created a training document to be used by Customer Service teams following the migration of a new internal tool for balance monitoring-Provided QA for a larger remediation project related to Terms & Conditions-Developed and presented a refresh/update to our Client Awards program-Developed a Target Operating Model for a newly formed Business Initiatives Team within International Funds Transfer-Provided a business case and conducted risk analysis for a proposal to create an internal dashboard for our customer service teamsAs one of ten participants in the Leadership Pipeline Program (LPP) I had the opportunity to:-Participate in development sessions focused on creating goals, working in teams, and understanding your strengths-Lead a project team that would present our findings on Digital Cash Capabilities in Correspondent Banking to senior business leaders-Deliver table topics speeches within Toastmasters (and serve as Jokemaster on occassion)-Act as a buddy for Wealth & Investment Management summer interns and coordinate virtual coffee chats for them to network across Wells Fargo business lines-Voted by class to serve as Class Speaker at program graduation

My responsibilities as an intern for the Global Payment Services (GPS) team included:-Creating a central data storage location for the Customer Experience team within SharePoint and migrating various processes and artifacts into the new team site-Gathering, collating, and producing a standard template that unified our approach to AI, API, and Blockchain innovation in the payments industry-Developing strategies for reaching an underbanked community and then presenting my team’s action plan to our line of business leaders -Creating, preparing, and presenting the Earnings Analysis and Source of Repayment sections of a Full Credit Report for a Financial Institution

My role with the Credit Analysis team was primarily focused in writing and executing product testing plans for software that provided financial solutions to banks and accounting firms.
