His main objective was to ensure the required parts are available at the right time, at the right location so the technicians can resolve faults effectively and minimise Passenger Weighted Minutes. Towards the end of his contract, Ethan stepped into a BAU role of Inventory Specialist while Metro Trains recruited for it internally.
