Perform cost eligibility adjustments based on program influence and specific efficiency measure.• Manage and update internal calculation tools for Wastewater Aeration Process, Commercial HVAC Analysis Tool, Compressed Air Bin Tool, and Calculation & Report Template Guidelines

The industrial assessment centers perform energy audits for medium to large manufacturing facilities and municipalities to examine the facilities’ potential for energy conservation, waste minimization, water conservation, demand shifting, and productivity improvements. Ethan surveyed and wrote technical reports for over 35 facilities. The reports resulted in a potential energy savings of over 15 million kWh in California & Hawaii. For each technical report created, detailed engineering calculations with financial estimates for the opportunities are created. He worked with various systems such as HVAC systems, pumps, fans, blowers, lighting controls and renewable generation measures (wind power, solar PV, and co-generation).
