I am currently a junior enrolled at Penn State Main Campus pursuing Aerospace Engineering, and am an engineering intern at PennDOT. I am additionally the recruitment chair for the Psi chapter of Delta Phi. Having taken classes involving aerodynamics, aerospace structures, and orbital mechanics. I additionally have a proficient understanding of CAD software and specialize in SolidWorks. With a proficient understanding of the workings of our world, as well as proficiency with engineering mathematics and design, I am confident in my capabilities involving engineering. Aside from my academic achievement, I have plenty of qualifications outside of school. Being secretary and recruitment chair for my fraternity has taught me to be a leader as I have been responsible for hosting and documenting many different types of meetings for my organization. I am also responsible for educating and validating new members' understanding of the bylaws. Additionally, I have worked multiple jobs requiring leadership and practical skills. In my packaging role at Kim Manufacturing, I was responsible for teaching new hires the process after working for only a summer. The job consisted of gathering the correct parts and following the entire packaging process for orders, large and small. I also have work experience serving at the restaurant Bistro 24 in Exton PA, where I was responsible for managing multiple tables at a time as well as cleanup at the end of a night shift. Finally, I interned at Bentley Systems for my practicum internship at the end of my time at the Downingtown STEM Academy. I learned firsthand the process of working at an engineering company, and how teamwork and leadership are two critical skills to efficiently get the best work done. My interests lie in orbital dynamics, theoretical and quantum physics, sustainable rocket fueling technology, and the cosmos.
