Ethan is a Virtual Engagement Associate at Morgan Stanley where he works with financial advisors across the firm to develop custom tailored digital strategies for their client base. His passion for digital marketing and media creation along with his breadth of knowledge in regards to financial advice gained from his past experiences and education motivated him to take part in this rapidly growing program. Morgan Stanley’s Virtual Engagement Associate (VEA) Team assists Financial Advisers in their usage of Morgan Stanley’s Modern Wealth Management tools, such as Next Best Action (NBA), to leverage advanced analytics in order to enable advisers to optimally engage with clients at scale. Working as an extension of the Financial Adviser’s team, we ensure that clients receive consistent and timely touch points from their FAs to further enhance the overall client experience.While working towards his Bachelor's degree from the University of Miami, Ethan worked as a financial analyst intern at Goba Capital where he produced dynamic excel models to help company executives visualize accounts receivable from specific debtors at different time periods. Also, he spearheaded the creation of a revamped chart of accounts consolidated across all the firm's entities.Over the summer of 2021, Ethan joined the Financial Planning & Analysis team at the Adecco Group as an intern. With the support of great management, he developed his skills in fundamental analysis, corporate budgeting, and found practical uses for various financial ratios.
