My name is Ethan Erb. I am a first year at Manchester University and plan on majoring in marketing. I have a lot of strengths, such as quick learning, working with a team, and determination, but my strongest one would have to be adaptability. My life has been full of changes and nothing has ever stopped me from doing what I desire to do. After college I plan to work in the social media marketing business and eventually start my own company that focuses on smaller or local businesses. I have worked at a local business since I was 14, and I have loved every shift. The bond between the owner and the employees is very special and can not be found at a major company. I want to give back to this industry and make sure that other people get the opportunity to have their own small business so they can succeed and give people the experience I had.
