Managing all aspects of Paccar’s (579BEV, T680BEV, 520BEV) engineering products according to customer requirements with focus on coordinating project timing, cost, test plans and prototype builds.Successfully balanced two company acquisitions, while transforming a start-up / prototype design to a production released product portfolio, while maintaining program timing for all PPAP deadlines.Coordinate extensive product validation activities, including DVP, DFMEA, Test & Validation, product release timing, customer & supplier sign-off objectives.Leading, training, and mentoring junior Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to transition prototype battery-electric vehicle designs to production released, including tolerancing and DFM activities.Strategic planning of limited resources to deliver production designs/drawings to meet fast paced program timing, while controlling drawing releases that allow for in-house fabrication capacity/constraints.Strategic planning and release of top level BOM’s / customer drawings that enable product delivery to Paccar’s production build stations including, Frame Kit, PCAS, CESS, LH/RH ESS’s, EPTO, and Vehicle Integration Assemblies.Developed extensive product configurations containing ~3500 components and released customer PPAP drawings required for customer ordering/delivery. Provide containment actions/deviations for critical design changes and materials shortages while managing future product updates and BOM releases.Support program management and service department with technical direction for retrofitting and updating prototype, PV, DV, vehicles currently in service.Support critical service updates, manufacturing work instructions, and third-party service manual development.Maintain BOM accuracy with all cross functional teams.Provide procurement and materials support for outsourcing activities while balancing lead times and internal manufacturing constraints.
