Supporting research on In-Space Manufacturing technologies in preparation for my Research-based graduate program

Building, maintaining, and repairing a fleet of test vehicles (Quadcopters, hexacopters, small and large foam aircraft, competition plane) for subsystem integration and data collection to meet critical competition requirements. Design, manufacturing, and integration of custom linkages, wiring harnesses, quick-release/swappable payload sections, and other mounting hardware. Vehicle setup with Ardupilot on Mission Planner and QGroundControl for autonomous navigation.

Supported the development, manufacturing, and assembly of - Nose gear mechanisms- Carbon-fiber / negative molds for aircraft- Integration and Testing of Aircraft - Electronics mounting within aircraft

At Whisper I had the opportunity to work on an array of amazing projects:- Project Manager and Mechanical Engineer for Intern-Led R&D project for the building of an actuation system, enabling a novel capability critical to future Whisper missions. - Given a set of criteria, designed and manufactured an early Whisper Drive prototype with full test bench setup and associated measurement device positioning system.- 3D scanning and tolerancing validations on outsourced manufactured components- CAD modifications, 3D printing and assembly of full-scale models for in-house use- Early research on metal-resin composites for structural applications

Performing a comparative assessment of mechanical properties of polymers built by various 3D printing machines and strategies and optimizing process for tensile strength.

As the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Vicarious, I worked with so many amazing engineers on a broad range of projects. The main focus of my time here was the following:- Designed and built fixtures for testing robotic subsystems and developed solutions for proper alignment and engagement of components within a robotic subsystem. - Maintained accurate BOM, Material Specification sheets, and assembly drawings for capital equipment components and validated these documents through physical creation of assemblies.- Developed understanding of capital equipment internals and supported teardowns/rebuilds.

I began interior detailing out of my garage. I used my income to improve the products I used and my equipment. When I got my license and then a car, I used this to become mobile and now detail on-site. I do this solo and continue to expand and improve my services with each detail.

Started as a dishwasher but was quickly moved to a prep cook. Maintained proper food-safe practices and procedures. Learned to efficiently work the salad, fry, and pizza stations for lunch and dinner.

Worked alongside Jeff Elkins to scan, organize, and flag existing patents that could affect the development of a new design of their product
