The one constant in my life is inconsistency-- by the time I graduated high school, I had lived in four countries and moved nine times. Despite this, my military upbringing made me resilient, adaptable, and open-minded. I will continue my family's military tradition by commissioning into the Air Force as a pilot trainee. This requires high standards of physical fitness, including both strength and cardiovascular endurance, as well as effective communication and leadership skills. The opportunities that Air Force ROTC and the University of Florida offered me have molded me into a capable leader, follower, and teammate with experience in organizing large groups, creating training plans, and solving complex problems. Positions held include: - Cadet Wing Commander: Lead 75 cadets at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels in the highest position in Air Force ROTC- PT Flight Commander: Created a 12 week training curriculum that produced 8% improvement in Physical Fitness Assessments- Director of Candidate Training: Lead 3 trainers and 34 members to train and mentor 8 new candidates for the Billy Mitchell Drill Team - Flight Commander: Lead 2 Section Leads to personally develop 15 cadets, resulting in a 100% selection to Field Training Efforts in these positions earned various awards, including GMC of the Month for October 2020; the NCO Leadership Award in Spring 2021; the Warrior Spirit Awards in 2021, 2022, and 2023; the Commendation Award in Fall 2022 and Fall 2023; and the Achievement Award in Spring 2023. I am involved with the University of Florida's Billy Mitchell Drill Team, Arnold Air Society, and Navy Special Warfare Club. I spend my free time independently studying, networking, and participating in intramural sports. Skills/Certifications: University of Florida Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) Qualified | Spanish A2 Proficiency Technical Competencies: MATLAB, R, Solidworks, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office
