My primary aptitudes are in Commercial Property Restoration Management, Insurance Claims Management, T&M Billing, Xactimate Estimating, and Project Management. My Master Certification in all three IICRC avenues of expertise has been integral in supporting my continued drive for excellence in the restoration industry. I have excelled at customer service, contract negotiation, conflict resolution, documentation and billing audits. My history as a licensed commercial and residential contractor, independent adjuster, electronic (audio/video/home-automation) installations / low-voltage electrical work, custom carpentry and custom wood flooring trades, and I have hands on experience in most other building trades. I am comfortable learning new skills, work well under pressure and accept and face challenges readily.
