Hey everyone! My name is Ethan Hatfield and I'm an Accounting Senior at The University of Tampa. I also work as a Supplemental Instructor with the Office of Student Accessibility and Academic Support and the Accounting Department to assist professors in delivering Financial Accounting course material. I also hold weekly drop-in review sessions for students looking to learn more about the material, accounting in general and ask career questions!My greatest strength is my willingness to learn and adapt to problems as they arise. I've learned how to be focused, goal and detail oriented in my professional and academic journey and with 8+ years of working in service industries, retail, and now education, I have developed strong customer service, leadership, teamwork, independent working, and communication skills.Being able to share my knowledge and passion for Accounting not just through my Academic endeavors but with my coworkers and future employers is what drives me.
