Hello, my name is Ethan Hix. I am a Business Intelligence Analyst at MRI Real Estate Software. I work with on won a team, fixing bugs in code and creating new reports for clients. I routinely debug issues that arise with our data, as well as complete troubleshooting on recent fixes. This job has allowed me to further my knowledge of the SQL query language, as well as learn the C# language. I also work on team projects, which include automating manual processes and Tableau data visualization. I graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics. I worked a part-time job at Auburn. This experience helped me with time management in school, I balanced work and school while keeping a social life. My job was heavily focused in customer relations and helping the people who come into my workplace. Being based in customer relations has also helped me deal with situations of various difficulties that arise suddenly. We had to work together as a team to ensure excellent service and safety at all times. I worked for a construction company throughout my high school years which dealt mostly in manual labor and the upkeep of equipment, working directly with the Superintendent. I had an internship with the same construction company in the IT department where I learned the basics of Python programming.
