Senior Game Designer
CurrentLed the design and development of multiple unannounced mobile games using Unity, from concept to prototype stage, ensuring quality, balance, and feasibility. Collaborated with artists, programmers, and producers of all seniorities to deliver engaging and innovative gameplay experiences. Managed four game designers on best practices, tools, and processes for game design. Presented game design pitches and updates to C Suite staff, senior management and stakeholders later incorporating feedback and suggestions.Was infrequently tasked with rapidly joining and rehabilitating design and product teams across core projects. Was responsible for diagnosing and resolving key issues such as team communication breakdowns, misalignment with genre expectations, and inefficiencies within product management. Through strategic interventions and hands-on leadership, I was able to realign teams, improve processes within a short time frame, setting the stage for long-term success.
