Current- Originate and execute debt transactions from private equity sponsors and companies focused on aerospace, defense, government services and associated markets in North America. - Primary liaison with customers, with experience including structuring transactions and negotiating legal documentation.- Internal deal team leader, coordinating processes for internal approval through closing. Broad coordination between multiple internal departments including Capital Markets, Sponsor Coverage, Legal, Environmental, Insurance, Compliance, and Operations to facilitate transaction diligence, syndication, funding, and portfolio management. - Develop and manage industry relationships, representing CIT at industry events and conferences and serving as an internal subject matter expert.
