Responsible for managing digital products in the Australian and New Zealand market.

In 2018 I was elected to be an athlete representative and subsequently elected by my commission peers to be the Chairperson of the Paddle Australia Athlete’s Commission. This role requires me to preside over quarterly commission meetings and biannual Paddle Australia board meetings to advise the board on matters relating to athlete high performance, athlete pathways and strategy.

I previously worked with Tangible Sydney providing strategic advice on projects. In my previous project I advised and assisted with the implementation of event mobile applications and events for Western Sydney University. This role is a temporary contract in which I have been consulting on projects during my Olympic Games selection process.

Lead digital strategy manager, innovation and product development.The Sydney Cricket Ground Trust (SCGT) provided me with a broad range of experience which has allowed me to develop a rich and unique skillset. Over the three years working at the SCGT, I was promoted three times and developed an award-winning digital department and a collaborative working unit that spanned the entire organisation. I led strategy across all digital touch-points.I had the privilege to lead strategy and development for numerous agile digital projects and tenders including the following:• SCG mobile application • WaitTime project lead for installation and integrations (AI line management software)• Cashless & Loyalty program• Steve Waugh Augmented Reality application (MS Hololense)• Digitisation of membership and ticketing• SCG Stadium WiFi strategy and development• Mobile ordering• CDP and CRM development• Messenger chatbotWorking across these programs and projects required me to engage with numerous internal and external stakeholders to develop organisation-wide digital strategy. The delivery of these projects also required extensive reporting and presentations to commercial partners and committees.

Digital Marketing Specialist at Australia's premier sporting stadiums: SCG and Allianz Stadium. I manage all fan facing digital assets and application development. I developed a range of skills working on engagement campaigns across social media, email and ad management platforms.
