Throughout my employment with CW39 I was the sole producer of a continuous sales promotional campaign where I created content, developed client relationships, organized digital assets, and updated all involved parties with project statuses. Through these campaigns I’ve utilized my motion graphics and digital art expertise to create impactful and unique advertising. Several of the campaigns have seen tremendous success for the clients and also increased the station’s fan base. I have also taken lead in several productions including news, commercial, and PSAs applying my knowledge and talents of writing, direction, production, and postproduction to create award winning content. I have taken initiative with all projects by treating each promotion or production uniquely, while tactfully voicing opinions with clients, ensuring deadlines are met, but quality and detail are never sacrificed to ultimately ensure the represented brand and station were held to the highest standard. I was project lead in transition the station from SD to HD as well as a digital database transition while ensuring there was never a lapse in quality when aired.

In my role as Director of Video I always developed content for the clients’ satisfaction. When I began I corrected numerous codec, frame rate, bit rate, compression, and color issues and developed a more efficient and higher quality workflow. I established new methods of filming weddings and events from lighting to in camera settings, which carried through to updating the entire editing process and style. I utilized my talents with graphic design and storytelling to create client specific presentations that developed more of a brand for Evoke and literally have brought clients to tears of joy. With a solid standard of quality developed I hired and trained staff and team members ensuring quality was never sacrificed. Through my diligence and extreme attention to detail the video package sales numbers increased significantly.As Head Print and Album Designer I managed, reported, edited, and designed a high volume workflow of wedding/event photos and albums. Utilizing my expertise with photo editing and print design programs I created several new styles and continued to raise the quality of the products. I gave status updates throughout the editing process with several quality control checks to ensure only the best products reached the clients in a timely manner.
