Including the integrations to all vendors as well as the setup of the core and ancillary modules including but not limited to: Compensation, Benefits, Communications, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Employee Self ServiceProject lead for the UKG sub-project to connect the new HCM platform to our Active Directory system so that ticketing and information is exchanged without manual interventionsChange Management lead for the UKG implementation to create and document new processes and procedures as well as the transition communication and training for all associates.

A member of the centralized Group HR Team I managed the flagship international HR projects including the total company engagement survey, the launch of our global learning and development platforms and initiates, and the global HRIS data projects. Throughout this period, I oversaw the planning, launch, and follow up to the engagement survey via Great Place to Work, the GoodHabitz and Alchemy learning platforms for our office and on-the-floor staff, and the data integration of 12 BU’s into the centralized HRIS platform for improved data validity and strategic people insights.

As a member of the North American HR team, I supported the NA HQ office of ~220 people including the NA leadership teams and their reports in Canada, the USA, and Mexico. Highlights including being the main strategic HR point of contact for the supply chain leadership and reports (~100 people in NA), managing the job code and title revamp for improved market survey capabilities, supporting the HRIS system as the main backup to the HRIS manager, conducting compensation surveys, and functioning as the main point in contact for all US immigration matters.
